The Closed Beta for Payday 3 will be starting on August 2nd, and you can register to play.

Payday 3 takes place a few years after the events of Payday 2, and the gang finds themselves forced back into the life of crime. This time around, software giants, cryptocurrencies, mass surveillance, and the Dark Web will play a role in the gang's new gadgets, challenges, and opportunities. The media will also cover the gang and its criminal exploits.

Payday 3 is set in New York. Players will have the freedom to choose their own approach and experience the heist according to their own style. They can opt for stealth and silently make the cash disappear without anyone noticing, or they can go loud, creating chaos as they continue with the robbery, allowing them to try out different tactics.

Join the Closed Beta

To participate in the closed beta test, which will run until August 7th on Steam and Xbox Series X, those who wish to try the game can sign up now through the provided links. On Steam, select the "Request Access" option located next to the purchase button for the game. For Xbox players, obtain the Xbox Insider Hub, then navigate to previews and select Payday 3.

Players participating in the closed beta will have the opportunity to play a new heist called "No Rest for the Wicked" as the original characters (Dallas, Hoxton, Chains, and Wolf). Progress will be limited to Infamy level 22 and weapon progression level eight. However, progress made during the closed beta will not carry over to the full version of the game.

Payday 3 will be released at a price of $39.99 and will be available not only on Steam and Xbox but also on the Epic Games Store and PlayStation 5. Additionally, upon release, it will be accessible on PC via PC Game Pass and on Xbox via Xbox Game Pass.
